Its Friday let the weekend begin.....
So happy for it to be Friday and the weekend. I decided to do my own thing working out today. It was a squat/leg day since I wanted to make that I got some good leg work in before the race on Sunday. I do have an app that I use that has different exercises with the instructions, it is called Female Fitness App, it has all sorts of exercises listed for the different parts of your body, and also has the video to show you how to properly execute those moves. I was definitely feeling it in my legs today. I have come a long way in the squat area, and I love the way I feel when I am doing them. I also hit the leg machines and I have pictures and they wont't post so I will have to include those later. It is great having people to work out with at lunch and have fun while getting it done. It really helps you feel confident about yourself. Well stay cool and we are running in Safety Harbor tomorrow to get ready for our race.
