Hurricane Irma... Getting those workouts in
Hello readers, I know it has been a few days, well about a week from my last post, but this Hurricane called Irma really kind of messed things up. I tired to improvise workouts last week in between, trying to get the house ready for what was coming. I did go to the Aaptiv app for a lot of my workouts because they are classes that I can do at home with the weights that I have here. I hated that I did get my hands in some junk food including M&M's ugh, those are now off my list of foods to eat for the foreseeable future lol. I need to go back to my meal planning and eating right and my workout schedule and routine. My race scheduled for Septembers 10th Hooters to Hooters 10k, was canceled... Oh well they will reschedule and I will get that 10k completed soon enough. Now on to my PB&J 5k on September 23rd. I have to keep trudging on and moving forward. I have no pictures post I sent them to my email from my phone and they are gone and I deleted them... Oh well stay cool and until next time.
