Lunch Gym
Its Monday and I always try to make sure I get a workout, because it is probably the hardest day to workout. For the past 3 months I have been working out with the girls at work in our gym. I have been trying to do cardio at least on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Weight Training on Tuesday and Thursday. I started using the Aaptiv app last week to check out the treadmill intervals training to help work on speed and timing, I absolutely love this app. The one thing that I love is that it feels like the coaches are right in the room with you cheering you on and getting you motivated. Today I did the Top 40s Blast Beginner Intervals with Rochelle M, this is a great class and I loved it and felt really good and pumped when I was done. I have done 2 classes with Rochelle M and I will continue to take them with her. I am definitely trying Strength Training tomorrow.
