Tuesday Back to Work
AHH... Tuesday and it was a cross training day. I did get my butt out of bed and put a disc in the DVD player and hit a 30 minute cardio and 30 minute strength training workout with Real Appeal. These are DVD's based on a weight lose program, but they are great in helping with my overall training. There are 5 different levels, and I have made it to level 4 and they really kick my butt. The cardio and strength training really work your core muscle groups . I love to sweat...
I also dd my regular lunch time workout, I hit the elliptical for 35 minutes and then did some great stretching exercises. I definitely need to concentrate on the stretching and not getting hurt. I love that I have the option of working out at lunchtime to add to my overall workout schedule. These workouts really make me feel great. I hit the stairclimber for 35 minutes using my Aaptiv app and I also did 9 minutes stretching exercises as well... I really love this app. Well Stay Cool and get out there and move and if you live in Florida watch out for Irma........
