Thursday hitting it hard.....

Hello all, its Friday afternoon and I am just getting to my Thursday lunch hour blog.....  What an lunch hour workout it was .....  I started my workout with Push it for 7  with Candice C.for Aaptiv App (I loved this workout out it was short and sweet but, I got the sweat going with this round. I then went on to Lets Remix These Intervals with Jessica M. and  I finished my workout with Aaptiv with Carve out the Core with Kelly C  these were 3 different planks held for 30 seconds, I will say I have come along way with my planks.  All these workouts with Aaptiv are must tries, you can check out the link on my Facebook page for a 30 day free trial and try all these amazing apps.

I finished my workout with https://www.popsugar.com/fitness/100-Rep-Arm-Workout-40764325,  this set of arm exercises were awesome, I also upped my weight from 10 pounds (I know not much lol :-) ) to 15 pounds, I felt that today and will continue to raise the weight higher as it gets easier, no pain no gain.  After all it was a great workout.  I posted pictures of the Aaptive classes and descriptions I used.  I also found the cutest little dumb water jug on Amazon....  Still thinking about that one.   Then me sitting on the floor with my weights taking a small break.  Next few weeks, when my son goes back to school I will be adding a lot my workouts in the morning.  I almost forgot I did do these workouts with my Ideal Fit BCAA's they have been making a huge difference in my over all workout.
