Tuesday and Aaptiva Strength was my GAME!!!

As I do every lunch hour I hit the gym, with the girls from work, for a 40 minute workout.  I decided to try out one of the Strength Training Sessions with the Appativ App.  Again I was not disappointed, I chose Coach Rochelle M. as I had liked her enthusiasm, coaching and over class when I did the treadmill intervals run yesterday..  The class I chose was the Strength the Running Way, designed to help strength your legs for running, it was 18 minutes long and I am not sure how many squats, single leg dead-lifts and single leg squats I did, but it was well worth it and it kicked my butt.....  I also decided to try the BYOB Weight class which was all lower body work with squats and lunges, I can't complain this class was excellent. Tomorrow I have decided I am going to try the Pop 2K Push on the treadmill, I can't wait.  I will be sure to take pictures.  This is all to have any amazing running season on my way to Run Disney and the Disney Princess Half Marathon...  Can you tell I am excited!!! :-0  Well I am including pictures of my Gym buddy Melissa and I from after our workouts.   I forgot to mention I have been ending my workouts with Ideal Fit BCAA's formula and love it......  until next time go for a run or hit the gym you will LOVE IT AND FEEL SO GOOD!!!!
