Under the weather

Hey Everyone, I know its been a few days since I wrote a blog, but starting Monday when I was working out I felt a little under the weather, so I took Tuesday off and rested and listened to my body.  That is the one thing that I have learned about my body when it says rest and take it easy, I rest and take it easy.  I wanted to make sure that I was feeling good for the See the Dog Jog this weekend. https://www.facebook.com/events/1376549499067676/?fref=ts  I did try and complete a work out on Monday with Aaptiv again and my good friend Rochelle M, she totally rocks the music and the intervals and the workout and general,  lets just saying I know I was in rough shape when I was just walking and I was sweating way more than normal.  I also worked out yesterday with Rochelle M.  I chose a beginner workout with short intervals, again I didn't want to over do it.  Today I decided to try a new trainer Ray Wallace, on the stair climber  let just say was extremely sweaty and the got the complete workout I needed.  I love how the beat of the music goes with the steps.....  There has not been a workout that I have not been impressed with and loved with Aaptiv yet.   Again I finished off my workout with my BCAA's from Idealfit, definitely the best product I have tried around.  Here is the link if you decide to try it.  https://www. idealfit.com/shop.list?affil=thgppc&thg_ppc_campaign=71700000017621448&gclid=CjwKCAjw_dTMBRBHEiwApIzn_DODbFuj7mFK0DA-39CA2Rgl6pCOXZt12jNzZJg81Kq7HSLLUJ0OMBoCwLUQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Well on to tomorrow and then on to Sunday to See the Dog Jog.  I am so loving the changes in my body again and getting fit.  Stay cool and get out there are work...... it.   :-)
